Project Overview
The complete set of equipment for the recycling and disassembly of used lithium-ion batteries addresses the issue of recycling used power batteries. This equipment can recover the positive and negative electrode materials and separators from the cells of hard-shell batteries. Additionally, through the physical battery recycling and sorting process, it enhances the recycling efficiency of used power batteries.
Structural Features of the Waste Lithium-Ion Battery Processing Equipment:

- 2.A simplified automated operating system ensures system stability and reliability, with user-friendly operation and a wide range of applications for material sorting of waste lithium-ion batteries.
- 3.Equipped with environmental protection processes and technologies to meet green environmental protection sorting standards.
The automated production line uses physical methods to disassemble individual batteries into seven recyclable and reusable resources: casing, separator, electrolyte, positive electrode powder, negative electrode powder, copper, and aluminum, achieving harmless disposal of power batteries and the recycling of resources.
