We are pleased to announce that a copper and aluminum sorting line has been successfully installed and commissioned at our customer’s designated plant in India and is now officially in stable operation.
This sorting line is an intelligent sorting equipment customized and developed to meet the needs of the local scrap metal recycling industry in India. The equipment employs a multi-stage sorting process combined with an intelligent identification and control system, enabling efficient sorting of scrap copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals with a purity exceeding 99%, and a 30% increase in processing capacity compared to traditional equipment. Simultaneously, the equipment boasts advantages such as low energy consumption, low noise, and ease of operation, effectively solving problems such as low sorting efficiency, insufficient purity, and resource waste in the local scrap metal recycling process.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the company assigned a professional technical service team to monitor the project progress throughout. From equipment production, packaging, and transportation to on-site installation, commissioning, and training, the team overcame multiple challenges, including cross-border communication and complex on-site environments, strictly adhering to customer requirements in executing all tasks. During the installation and commissioning process, our technical personnel worked closely with the Indian customer team to resolve key issues such as equipment positioning and installation, and system parameter matching. We also provided comprehensive and systematic technical training to the customer’s operators to ensure they were proficient in equipment operation and daily maintenance.
